Sisterhood invites the entire Congregation to join us for Sisterhood Shabbat in commemoration of our 98th birthday on Shabbat morning, January 15. On this Shabbat morning, the parshah, Beshalach, will be read. This parshah speaks about God parting the Sea of Reeds and the Israelite men and women rejoicing with the “Song of the Sea.” The service will be led by the women of Sisterhood.
Beth Shalom Sisterhood is the oldest auxiliary organization of this congregation. This is a time when we honor our members (both new and returning) who have given of their time and energy in support of our ongoing commitment to Beth Shalom.
We hope you can join us for this beautiful service and Kiddush luncheon. NOTE: Due to Covid restrictions, the Kiddush lunch following services will be a dairy boxed lunch by reservation only by Friday, January 7. Table seating will be limited. If you have questions, please contact Jill Goldstein.
Please register below to reserve your box lunch. You may also reserve lunch for a second person if someone is attending with you.
Sisterhood is looking forward to sharing Shabbat with you!
